As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing all procurement activities, including supplier contract management, price negotiation, and RFQ management for international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage independently all procurement activities, including supplier contract management, price negotiation, and RFQ management for international projects.
  • Manage projects with suppliers and coordinate project meetings with stakeholders and suppliers, working closely with all stakeholders to reach agreed targets.
  • Identify and drive cost savings initiatives to support our profitability.
  • Support the management of supplier quality and on-time delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Support the supply and tendering teams in quotations, samples, and material management processes.
  • Report monthly key performance indicators.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and savings for projects.

Requirements:

  • B or M level degree from a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, metal material or supply chain management related).
  • More than 5 years' work experience in procurement.
  • Understanding of the basics of project work and the importance of total cost of ownership, project time schedule, and supply chain.
  • Patiently and carefully, adept at managing projects independently as well as working with other business functions.
  • Analytical, structured, and strategic thinking.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Clear communication skills and good negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel on site and supplier visits.
  • Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel experience.
