**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide high-quality Hong Kong MPF / Provident Fund administrative services to achieve maximum client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with program, workflow, and product knowledge to apply independently to daily work.
• Process internal and external client requests, ensuring they meet internal service standards and external compliance requirements.
• Identify and report common or infrequent fraud/error/irregular transactions and make follow-up recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with peers, participate in team meetings/events, and promote teamwork.

**Requirements**

• College degree or above.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Able to arrange multiple daily tasks reasonably, deal with various problems in time, and ensure accuracy.
• Flexibility in shift work.
