District Sales Director - Medical Devices
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled District Sales Director to lead our medical device sales team in the ultrasound segment. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide guidance and coaching to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with > 8 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of the ultrasound market and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
