Debate Program Director

Dipont Education is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Debate Program Director to lead and grow our Speech and Debate program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing curriculum development, adapting it to meet the unique needs of students and teachers, and guiding students in preparing for competitive formats such as Public Forum Debate, British Parliamentary, Model United Nations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive debate program curriculum
  • Lead and mentor a team of debate coaches and instructors
  • Collaborate with parents to ensure clear communication and collaboration
  • Guide students in preparing for competitive debate formats
  • Adapt curriculum to meet the unique needs of students and teachers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of teaching and debating coaching experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to live and work in China for two years
  • Commitment to excellence, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work efficiently in a startup environment
