Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at dbschenker. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our customer service staff, ensuring that all procedures are followed, and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach customer service staff to ensure they meet performance targets and adhere to company procedures.
  • Manage the allocation of resources and staff to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the account team to ensure accurate billing and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Troubleshoot any urgent or special cases that may occur during daily operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or equivalent in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in third-party logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
