Job Description
A Medical Communications Specialist - Regional Ambassador will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving or exceeding sales targets in their assigned region. This will involve regular customer visits, product introduction events, and other promotional activities to engage with key stakeholders and promote our products effectively.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000 based on industry standards, experience, and location.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Regional Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive sales growth and achieve regional targets;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular visits, product training sessions, and other engagement activities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and other marketing materials to engage with customers and promote our products effectively;
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, marketing, communications);
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical communications, sales, or a related field;
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving business targets;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
