AQA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate customer feedback and complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and reduce customer impact.
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product consistency and reliability.
• Lead projects to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of QA or process experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with statistical process control and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
