Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Otis. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships, supporting sales demands from our partners, and acquiring new elevator sales orders.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain existing customer relationships to secure new elevator orders
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly to their inquiries
- Utilize sales networks, competitive bidding, and other strategies to secure new elevator sales orders
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and ensure profitability
- Utilize internal sales tools to track project progress and estimate performance metrics
- Negotiate sales agreements and ensure timely collection of receivables
- Collaborate closely with other sales team members and partners
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably in business or engineering
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, particularly in the technology services sector
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility
- Clear goals and ability to adapt to a highly process-driven organization
- A long-term labor contract with a leading elevator industry company
