As a key member of our Arup team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the security landscape in Mainland China and beyond.

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Professional to lead our efforts in designing and specifying state-of-the-art physical and electronic security systems. With your expertise, you will assist clients in tendering and procurement processes, while also contributing to project management and coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the Chinese security market and available solutions;
  • Collaborating with clients and design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget;
  • Mentoring junior team members and reviewing project deliverables;
  • Working closely with project managers to plan and implement comprehensive security measures;
  • Contributing to business development initiatives in the East Asia Region and China.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Electronic/ Extra Low-Voltage (ELV)/ Information and Communication Technology (ICT) engineering or a relevant field;
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in physical and electronic security systems design, specification, tendering, procurement, and project management;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office, Auto CAD/ Revit/ Navisworks;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with overseas study or work experience being an advantage;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment and demonstrate a sense of responsibility.

This role offers a competitive salary range of RMB 600,000 - RMB 900,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Based in Shenzhen, you will enjoy a 6-12 month training period in Hong Kong during the first year.
