Job Requirements:

To support the production department in delivering high-quality products on time, ensure that maintenance work meets HSES requirements, and devices are repaired promptly and efficiently, the successful candidate will:

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient maintenance operations
• Coordinate with production to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to prevent failures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
• Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance procedures and records
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient maintenance operations

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience with maintenance management software and tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
