Job Description

As a Warehouse Specialist at TÜV Rheinland, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, registration, and distribution of samples within our warehouse operations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and register samples in accordance with approved documented processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely putaway and retrieval of samples
  • Coordinate sample dispatch and transportation to clients
  • Support the operation of both Shanghai and Taicang center warehouses
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns related to sample management
Requirements:
  • Full-time university degree
  • CET4 is a must, CET6 is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of experience in actual warehouse operation
  • Proficient skills in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills and team player spirit
