Job Title: Lab Technician

Envalior is seeking a highly skilled Lab Technician to join our dynamic QC department in Wuxi, China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing product quality detection, writing and updating departmental procedures and SOPs, investigating and tracking customer complaints, and continuously improving departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and implement product quality detection
  • Write and update departmental procedures and SOPs
  • Investigate and track customer complaints
  • Continuously improve departmental activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in experimental analysis and use of testing equipment
  • Proficiency in office software and excellent English reading and writing skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in laboratory work
