Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing production processes and test bench standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
  • Lead new customer projects and new line launches, coordinating production line updates
  • Responsible for line performance after SOP, including OEE, IDC, and productivity metrics
  • Maintain production process and test benches of assembly-line
  • Support the setup of technician teams, focusing on competence build-up
  • Lead line planning issues before SOP phase, including line installation, sample production, technical specification discussion, layout planning, and production planning
  • Responsible for updating and improving all standards of the line
  • Lead problem-solving processes of technical issues impacting line performance
  • Develop and implement CIPs for operation and quality, reducing manufacturing costs and improving quality
  • Coordinate sample production and feasibility evaluations of equipment/fixture related to new products
  • Fully experienced in Staking/Congnex camera/screwing process
  • Problem-solving with process data analysis capability
  • Support project development and roll out mass production lines

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering studies
  • Working Experience: At least 5 years of experience in process engineering and problem-solving methodologies
  • Knowledge/Skills: Staking process, lip-seal assembly, torqueing process, Congnex camera program setup
  • Language: Workable English
