Logistics Strategist

About the Role

At ADM, we are seeking an experienced Logistics Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our logistics function and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
• Manage and optimize inland and export transportation processes to meet customer needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in an international setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
