Electrification Visionary for HV Wiring

We are seeking an experienced Electrification Visionary to lead our HV wiring business in the Asia Pacific region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our HV wiring business profitably, with a focus on achieving market leader position for Aptiv. Key responsibilities include:

• Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a growth strategy to achieve high revenue bookings globally each year, with significant year-over-year growth.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue opportunities in all areas of electrification, including vehicle wiring, propulsion wiring, and battery pack wiring.
• Collaboration: Work closely with customer teams to win as one team and be the voice of electrification internally and externally.
• Leadership: Be a visible, positive, inspirational leader to regional team members, bringing out the best potential from each individual.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Technical Expertise: Have a strong understanding of HV architectures, product development, and manufacturing processes.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrate excellent business acumen, including revenue growth, profitability, and market leadership.
• Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership skills, including collaboration, communication, and people management.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
