PSAS TME Supervisor

The TME Supervisor is a key role in our organization, responsible for creating a high-performance culture that motivates Training Matter Experts to demonstrate ownership, accountability, and coaching skills. This role is accountable for transmitting seller advocacy to New Learners, enabling a remarkable Selling Partners' experience.

• Manage the performance and behavior of 12-15 Training Matter Experts through effective 1:1 meetings, coaching, and mentorship.
• Implement performance goals, monitor, and evaluate against preset goals, and implement action plans to resolve performance barriers as needed.
• Review and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity that will drive performance improvement.
• Ensure TMEs have a clear understanding of performance and behavior criteria and how it impacts site performance and the overall Seller experience.
• Attend training calls and check capacity files weekly to assign the right support to trainees based on ratio.
• Schedule reviews, monitor adherence, time-off planning, and attendance.
• Submit permission access requests for all directs.
• Conduct Andon Cord interaction audits and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, always portraying the company in a positive manner and effectively managing sensitive issues.
• Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
• Liaise with other departments, such as RTA, WFM, and OPS, when required, to guarantee a smooth workload.

• Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
• Experience conducting seller interaction audits and providing coaching to improve performance.
• Experience implementing performance goals, monitoring, and evaluating against preset goals, and implementing action plans to resolve performance barriers as needed.
