Job Description

As Senior Marketing Director for Mobility Aftermarket, Greater China, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the Mobility Aftermarket business in China.

You will provide a shared service function for Sales to meet the sales and profit growth targets in China, and coach and guide a team of marketing associates to meet current and future business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategy to drive business growth in China.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and develop a team of marketing associates to meet business requirements.
  • Implement new projects for new and existing products across all customer channels.
  • Develop and implement programs to build a positive brand perception and increase brand awareness in China.
  • Responsible for price and condition strategy in China, taking into account the division's global strategy and direction.
  • Monitor and gather information on the competitive environment and customer data to shape marketing initiatives.
  • Responsible for new business development and M&A activities of Mobility Aftermarket in China.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent professional qualifications
  • 10+ years of Marketing Experience
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work self-directed.
  • Proven leadership skills, leading the business, leading others and leading self.
  • Knowledge of business development & relevant marketing expertise; overview and analysis of business & market.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (EQ) with effective communication; broad network in Automotive Aftermarket.
  • Derives sustainable decisions; Strategic mindset.
  • Fluent in English; German beneficial for communication with HQ.
