Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Lead to join our team at Marriott International. As a Housekeeping Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter status of rooms cleaned and complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of each assigned area.
  • Complete required Housekeeping paperwork and identify room assignments and type of cleaning required for each room.
  • Inspect guest rooms after being cleaned by Housekeeper and respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures and report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
