Job Summary

Volex seeks a highly skilled Strategic Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for Confirming customer order schedules and ensuring timely delivery of commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market forecast, sales data, and production volume to develop plant planning master plans and strategies that meet customer requirements.
  • Leverage customer demand and plant production capacity to optimize production plans, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and control plant inventory levels, conducting regular analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets related to long-term planning, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Supervise the transfer of associated materials and assist in project management activities as required.
  • Serve as a team supervisor for the Planning function, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient task completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (大学或大学以上).
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in Manufacturing Planning and Scheduling (MPS) is required.
  • Proficiency in English language (CET 4 level) is essential.
  • Project management skills and a strong sense of accountability are crucial for success in this role.

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
