Global Data Management Expert

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client data, understanding trade flows and operating models, and ensuring that all data and functionality align with agreed Operating Models. This includes performing a variety of duties to facilitate and support existing and future Alpha projects, such as data management, functional requirements gathering, documentation, and data mapping.

In addition, the incumbent will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Transaction Management processes, identifying transformation opportunities across the board and implementing solutions to increase automation and reduce operational risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding client operating models to assist in static data gathering process
  • Loading and reconciliation of client static data during environment build out process
  • Building strong relationships with project stakeholders in Operations, Technology, and business units focused on Transaction Management servicing
  • Understanding Transaction Management standard data modeling, transaction processing, and product knowledge to facilitate architecture, design, and integration
  • Working directly with Transaction Management implementation leads to detail and understand trade flows for all in scope financial instruments
  • Assisting in identifying gaps in transaction management process and tracking them through delivery, testing, and incorporation into standard operating model
  • Providing ongoing support to Test and BAU teams regarding static data setup and functionality
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of Listed and Unlisted products and Transaction Management middle office services
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and prioritize work accordingly
  • A proven history of query investigation and resolution
  • Strong analytical, reconcilement, and organizational skills
