Job Summary

As a Sales Manager at ADM, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the China market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and deliver results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the China market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including poultry and livestock producers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market development and expansion.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on animal nutrition and feed.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
