Music Teacher Position at an International School in Guangzhou

Job Responsibilities

  • Teach music to secondary school students utilizing the IGCSE/A-level framework, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
  • Prepare lessons and lectures, develop tutoring techniques, design and correct assessments, and write report comments
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to contribute to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing targets to help learners succeed and improve
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents or caregivers
  • Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related subject
  • Teaching certificate
  • At least two years of teaching experience in the subject
  • Excellent communication skills
