About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English ESL Teacher to join our team at a private Kindergarten in Dalian. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities

As an English ESL Teacher, you will work together with teaching assistants to support the children in their learning journey from Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching kindergarten students 3-6 years old daily class teaching activities assigned by the school
  • Creating an English learning environment for young children and improving their English listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability
  • Lesson planning, daily classroom management, and classroom activities organization
  • Utilizing games, music, books, art, technology, and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children's development
  • Collaborating with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning
  • Helping children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assessing each child's performance and progress on a regular basis
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above
  • 2 years of classroom English teaching experience
  • TESOL/TEFL/CELTA Certificate or Teaching license
  • Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills
