Key Responsibilities

In collaboration with teaching assistants, you will guide children through their educational journey from Monday to Friday. Your duties will include:

  • Delivering engaging lessons to kindergarten students aged 3-6, based on the institution's curriculum, Montessori principles, and contemporary educational research.
  • Planning lessons, managing daily classroom activities, and organizing engaging educational experiences.
  • Employing a variety of resources, including games, music, literature, art, and technology, to teach foundational skills and promote child development.
  • Working alongside fellow educators and staff to cultivate a nurturing learning environment that supports student growth.
  • Providing personalized instruction to help children achieve educational milestones and regularly assessing their performance and progress.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 30,000 RMB, based on experience and qualifications.
