The Role

Your role in this dynamic environment is to contribute to the growth of retail beauty sales by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to boost brand sales.
  • Provide outstanding service by adhering to our sales techniques and service codes, and conduct product demonstrations to showcase our products.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized counter and adhere to visual merchandising and in-store excellence guidelines.

What You'll Bring:

Essential:

  • 2+ years of work experience in the beauty industry, preferably in makeup or fragrances.
  • Creative, artistic, charismatic, and open-minded individual who is connected to the brand's core values.
  • Able to understand the brand's aesthetic and create an original look that aligns with it.
  • Strong communication and listening skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
