Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with internal and external control requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, including scanning, processing, and AP report analysis
  • Respond to AP queries and escalations
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Review daily payment reports, monitor accuracy rates, and balance early/late payments
  • Closely monitor and follow up on urgent payment requests
  • Review and follow up on aged AP items to improve AP processes
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with internal and external control requirements
  • Support the AP leader and suggest improvements to operation team performance and service requirements

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Account Payable functions
  • Familiarity with AP processes
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Excel and word processing
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Ability to work with high volumes in a systematic way
  • Positive attitude, team player
  • Quick learner, able to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High degree of integrity
  • Ability to work independently and resolve issues logically
  • Coordination ability with various stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Major in Accounting or Finance
  • Working experience in a multinational company
  • SAP or QAD system experience
  • AP background
