Reliability Specialist

Supply Chain Resources Group is a leading provider of end-to-end supply chain solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Reliability Specialist to join our team.

The Reliability Specialist will be responsible for overseeing reliability testing and analysis throughout the product lifecycle, working closely with our US REL engineer. This role requires strong project management skills, experience in managing or collaborating with contract manufacturers, and knowledge of reliability test methods such as drop, environmental chamber testing, shock, and life testing.

Key responsibilities include creating REL test SOPs, setting up communication protocols with vendors, auditing vendor labs to ensure proper testing execution, and analyzing failure data to identify root causes. The successful candidate will have a degree in Engineering (Reliability, Mechanical, Electronic, Material, Physics) and excellent spoken and written English skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in consumer electronics or softgoods, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams.
