The Operations Accounting Representative plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently under general supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process expense reports to ensure compliance with Citigroup policy and procedural guidelines.
- Process invoices and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with policy and procedural guidelines.
- Perform various accounting functions, including general ledger and proof of account reconciliations, investigations, issue resolution, and financial reporting.
- Conduct risk control and self-assessment duties, and perform moderately complex research to resolve issues.
- Make journal entries that require supervisor review, and provide guidance to lower-level staff as needed.
- Communicate with other departments to resolve open issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- 1 year of experience in an accounting role, with a basic knowledge of the organization and its policies.
- Intermediate knowledge of the current operating system platform and internal accounting policies.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
