Welding Technician

Job Responsibilities:
1. Proficiently operate welding equipment and conduct pre-use inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
2. Deliver high-quality work in accordance with technical specifications and drawings.
3. Complete additional tasks as directed by management.
4. Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a harmonious work environment and achieve optimal performance.
5. Maintain awareness of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 quality management systems.
6. Participate in the production and support of advanced technology products.
Job Requirements:
1. Technical education or vocational training.
2. A minimum of three to five years of relevant work experience.
3. Ability to read technical drawings and possess a valid welding operation certification.
4. Over three years of welding experience with proficiency in various welding techniques.
5. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and workflows.
6. Capability to operate welding robots is a plus.
