Role Overview

Veeva Systems is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our China SFA product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving the product roadmap to meet customer needs and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their business requirements and pain points, providing tailored solutions that balance product value, cost, and customer satisfaction. Product Roadmap Development: Utilize market insights, customer needs, and development capacity to define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Feature Design: Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement product features, leveraging critical thinking and prioritization to drive key product direction and design decisions. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with various teams, including services, solution consultants, engineers, and support, to foster a collaborative environment that promotes efficiency and team synergy. Engineering Team Partnership: Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the engineering team to ensure the speedy and high-quality implementation of product features. Continuous Improvement: Innovate and iterate on existing products, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving the implementation of solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a software company. Strong knowledge of product management principles, practices, and techniques. Proven ability to manage the entire product lifecycle. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

Prior experience as a Product Manager in a To-B environment. Understanding of software architecture is a significant advantage. Familiarity with SaaS product design. Engineering background is preferred.
