Business Analyst Assistant

As a Business Analyst Assistant at Bosch Group, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and evaluating business domains related to automotive cockpits, identifying market trends, and providing strategic recommendations to management.
Key Responsibilities- Business Domain Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business domains, identify market trends, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Strategic Consulting: Prepare high-quality strategic analysis and reports to support management decision-making.
- Management Support: Organize and facilitate management meetings, coordinate and schedule vice president business agendas.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as required by the job.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of experience in automotive industry market research or strategic consulting.
- Experience: Prior experience in the automotive industry, particularly in smart cockpit-related work, is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong data collection and analysis skills, ability to evaluate problems and build solutions, and effective communication skills in English.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Adaptability: Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and work under pressure.
