Key Responsibilities:
  1. Architect and design test development plans for RF products, including test fixtures, procedures, and equipment.
  2. Develop and maintain high-power RF test fixtures, ensuring they meet industry standards and provide reliable, low PIM performance.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to complete the design and manufacturing of test hardware systems.
  4. Debug and verify test systems to ensure accuracy, stability, and usability.
  5. Develop embedded control programs for test hardware and provide hardware control interfaces.
  6. Analyze and debug test hardware failures, provide technical support, and optimize test systems.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience working with RF hardware products.
  2. Proficiency in using and calibrating RF test equipment and understanding test parameters for RF and microwave products.
  3. Strong background in designing and testing high-power, low PIM reliable test fixtures.
  4. Ability to architect, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans, test fixtures, and test software.
  5. Bachelor's degree or above in Automation or Electrical Engineering, 5+ years working experience in test hardware design or test automation.
  6. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
