About the Role

As a key member of our Digital Transformation and Information Technology (DTIT) team, you will play a vital role in enhancing and supporting cutting-edge Manufacturing Applications within the Semiconductor Industry. Your expertise will focus on Advanced Dispatching solutions (RTD), driving efficiency and optimization throughout the manufacturing process.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and development teams to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Manufacturing Applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Analyze user requirements, work closely with Business Analysts to define application enhancements, and contribute to the full software development lifecycle from conception to production deployment.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, customize dispatching rules, and create rigorous test cases (VTP) for application qualification verification.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of software releases and ensure successful deployment to production environments.
  • Provide prompt and effective incident support by analyzing issues, debugging problems, implementing resolutions, and conducting root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent future occurrences. Be available for 24/7 support during major production incidents.

Your Profile

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Possess fluent English (spoken and written) communication skills.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in software development lifecycle phases, including deployment support.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MES Systems, Unix, Linux OS, Windows, Oracle, MSSQL, Tibco RVD / BW
  • Experience with PL/SQL, Java, XML, JavaScript, HTML, web services, perl/shell scripting
  • Familiarity with web-based applications, Databases, and Software development methodologies.
  • Experience with Advanced Productivity Family (APF) technology is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with Semiconductor Back-End Manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
