Key Responsibilities:

  • Review designs from facility management perspectives, covering all stages of all design packages.
  • Lead FM design reviews, ensuring compliance with regulations, codes, and standards for large-scale regional and urban developments.
  • Develop and implement FM design requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in any Engineering degree with relevant experience in facade/glass construction and Facility Management.
  • Professional registration and accreditation with applicable institute(s) and certification(s).
