Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistic Operator to join our team at Axalta. As a Logistic Operator, you will be responsible for the daily operation management of material groups, including the receipt and dispatch of goods, sampling, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels and ensure that all system operations are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Training and Development: Train and develop all logistics employees, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor team KPIs, ensuring that they are met and exceeded.
- 5S Implementation: Implement and monitor the 5S program, ensuring that the area is maintained in a safe and organized manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments, including planning, maintenance, production, and technical, to ensure that production needs are met.
