About Your Role

The Senior Process Engineer is a key member of our production team, responsible for leading the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. This includes process optimization, new equipment deployment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Leading production projects, with a focus on industry-specific initiatives
  • Designing and optimizing material and information flow to improve production efficiency
  • Analyzing production data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitating the implementation of new processes and projects
  • Performing departmental cost analysis and budget control
  • Analyzing and validating new investments in equipment or projects
  • Collaborating with OE, PPC, Production, and Automation teams to complete SGA & CI projects
  • Providing Lean knowledge and methodology training to workers as needed
  • Monitoring operation metrics and providing support for metric improvement
  • Supporting supervisors and managers with daily management tasks

Qualifications

What We Will Be Looking For In You

  • At least 3 years of experience in continual improvement and process standardization
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for IE or Printing majors
  • Good knowledge of LEAN, 6sigma, and project management tools
  • Strong process management and data analysis skills
  • CET-4 or above, with fluent written and oral English
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • An honest, self-motivated personality and willingness to take on challenges
