Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager based at our HQ offices in Shenzhen. The chosen candidate will work in the city and oversee Promate business operations in East Asia markets.
The Business Development Manager will serve as the custodian of the products offering in the country under their control and ensure that all activities in relation to sales and business development issues are consistent with the brand image and proven methodologies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for everything pertaining to the Retailer account they are managing, including Sales, Marketing, Merchandizing, Training, Store Management, Promoter team Management, Customer Service, budgets, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop quarterly and yearly sales strategies.
- Convince customers and partners to adopt Promate products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Manage and optimize sales processes and systems.
Requirements:
- No less than 5 years of practical retail, ecommerce and distribution sales experience in the East Asia markets.
- Familiarity with the market situation, Retail Channel, distribution channels and competitors.
- Natural authority and ability to convince customers.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT Background with familiarity with computer and consumer electronics products and technology.
- Experience in Developing business plans and sales strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competition.
