Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Instruct high school students in English, utilizing a US-based curriculum as a foundational guide.
  • Design and implement lesson plans and instructional resources tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Assess and document students' academic progress and social development, preparing detailed progress reports.
  • Engage in effective communication with parents regarding student performance.

  • Participate in curriculum development and professional growth initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing school-related activities and events.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 28,000 RMB before tax, based on experience and qualifications.
