Your Role at Molex

This position is focused on driving business growth in China by implementing product strategies and developing strong relationships with regional customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Molex's products in the north and south regions of China, promoting them to key customers and identifying new opportunities.
  • Provide technical support to customers, working closely with the sales team to deliver tailored solutions and enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, identifying areas for product development and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to align product strategies with customer requirements and market trends.
  • Analyze sales opportunities and develop strategies to drive regional business growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the sales team and channel partners to create valuable demand and drive organic growth.
  • Track project status and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Participate in marketing activities and create related content to promote Molex's products and solutions.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or technical business development for automotive interconnect solutions.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle electrical architecture and technical knowledge of high-speed data connectivity and interconnect solutions.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and drive business growth in China.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, diverse environment.
