We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Teacher to join our team at an International Middle School in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting in August 2024.

About the school

Located in Beijing's Chaoyang district, this bilingual school follows a combination of local curricula and the National Curriculum for England as their guides for excellence. The school utilizes a customized dual immersion program for students of the kindergarten, Primary, Lower Secondary and Upper Secondary divisions, designed to meet their individual needs.

Job details

  • Provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet world-class standards and practices
  • Help students develop the skills, knowledge and attributes they need to excel, not only academically, but also in their personal growth as globally-aware Chinese citizens
  • Employ an inquiry-based approach to teaching and learning that promotes inquiry, agency and the development of critical-thinking skills
  • Differentiate classroom instruction to meet student's individual learning needs and styles
  • Integrate International and Chinese approaches to learning to deliver a personalized curriculum
  • Provide learning experiences that build on students' prior knowledge, understanding and skills
  • Attend and actively contribute to collaborative planning meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Education (or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
  • Certification in relevant teaching area
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Monthly Salary of 25,000 RMB to 30,000 RMB depending on experience and qualifications
