Internship Duration and Commitment:
Applicants must be available for a minimum of a 6-month internship, dedicating 3-4 days per week on-site.
Overview:
Located in the Beijing office, the Marketing Intern will work under the guidance of the Managing Director, SPRI China, assisting the marketing team with various initiatives aimed at promoting upcoming theatrical releases from Sony Pictures in the Chinese market.
Primary Duties:
- Conduct marketing research and compile relevant market data.
- Assist the marketing team in gathering digital promotional materials and managing marketing assets for optimal efficiency.
- Prepare materials for meetings with marketing agencies, ensuring effective execution and follow-up.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions for internal marketing strategies for new titles, providing valuable insights from a millennial perspective.
- Support team members with miscellaneous marketing tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including WORD, PPT, EXCEL, Keynote, and other relevant software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with native proficiency in Chinese and fluency in English.
- Strong writing abilities are preferred, demonstrated through published works or articles.
- Students pursuing degrees in film and television, scriptwriting, marketing, or communications are encouraged to apply.
