About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Footwear Product Testing Analyst II to join our team in Shanghai. As a key member of our product creation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that Nike footwear meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the testing process, including planning, recruiting testers, conducting tests, analyzing data, and reporting results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product testing needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with athletes, coaches, and equipment managers to gather feedback and insights.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform product development and improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and product creation teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in product testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of footwear components, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
