Work Visa USA Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive information security policies and procedures to protect our digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the integrity of our systems.
- Monitor security events and logs for signs of unauthorized access or breaches, and respond to security incidents with appropriate measures.
- Advise on and implement cybersecurity technologies and controls to protect our systems and data.
- Lead cybersecurity awareness and training programs to educate employees on security best practices and threat prevention.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Information Security Specialist, demonstrating expertise in developing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and managing incident responses.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, encryption technologies, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and other security software/tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential security threats.
- Proficient level of English to effectively communicate security policies and procedures across the organization.
