About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key contributor to our AP production team, you will be responsible for executing production schedules, ensuring a safe working environment, and meeting process lead times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute production schedules and complete production orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to standard operating procedures and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and improve process lead times to optimize production efficiency.
  • Record production delays and investigate incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • 3-yr college degree or similar education background in microbiology, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, bioscience, or above.
  • Computer literacy and basic English skills.
  • 1-3 years of production experience in the pharmaceutical industry with cGMP regulated aseptic process or in the life science industry.
  • Equipment experience including hardware and software is preferable.
  • Experience in clean room or aseptic area is preferable.
  • Knowledge of cGMP is preferable.
