Responsibilities- Develop and coordinate in-house product training programs, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
- Research and gather information to prepare effective training materials, including course content and methodologies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain open communication channels with customers to ensure their training needs are met.
- Liaise with technical experts to incorporate cutting-edge knowledge into training programs.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in training development or a related field, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This figure may vary based on location and other factors.
