About Your Role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading sales efforts in your designated territory and achieving sales targets, increasing market share, and ensuring the company's profitability.
- Effectively executing sales processes, including regular customer visits, lead follow-up, quoting, signing deals, and accounts receivable management.
- Developing new business opportunities, extending maintenance contracts, and following up on lost customers to retain their loyalty and revenue streams.
- Analyzing clients' current and potential needs and collaborating closely with internal teams, such as sales and service departments, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Providing timely and effective market information to support the development of relevant products and business models.
- Actively learning and applying product knowledge and sales system tools to drive success.
- Complying strictly with the company's Commercial Behavior Code.
To succeed, you will need
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Energy Engineering, Process Equipment Control, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (priority given to these majors).
- At least 2 years of industrial product sales experience.
- Excellent English language skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong stress resistance, excellent communication and teamwork skills, proactive attitude.
