We are seeking an highly motivated and organized Campus Recruitment Intern to assist in coordinating and executing campus recruitment events and initiatives. This role will provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including database management and reporting.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and execute campus recruitment events and initiatives.
  2. Schedule interviews, career fairs, and information sessions at various universities.
  3. Engage with potential candidates on social media platforms and manage our online campus recruitment presence.
  4. Maintain relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations.
  5. Create and distribute recruitment materials to attract top talent from universities.
  6. Analyze feedback from recruitment events to improve future strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. To be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. A strong interest in Human Resources and campus recruitment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. The ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), poster making, and social media platforms.
  6. Highly organized with attention to detail.
  7. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
