About the Role


As an Associate 2 of Derivatives OTC Back Office team at State Street, you will be responsible for interacting with internal or external parties to complete OTC end-to-end process, including trade processing, pricing, valuation, and reconciliation in accordance with established procedures for APAC clients.



Key Responsibilities



  • Independently carry out OTC end-to-end valuation functions timely and accurately in accordance with established procedures.
  • Resolution of OTC queries with internal teams, clients, vendors, counterparties etc.
  • Be accountable for assigned tasks and deadline.
  • Effectively identify risk issues, breaches and act in accordance with the 'risk' escalation chain and operating procedures
  • Act as good team player to support team to offer great quality of OTC services
  • Actively participate in assigned projects and initiatives
  • Develop expertise in OTC product knowledge and the use of OTC system


Requirements



  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Experience of working in a derivatives related function would be an advantage.
  • Strong excel skills would be an advantage
  • Flexibility with shifts
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills


Salary & Benefits


Our salary range is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
