Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of International Business Development for Chinese markets to join our team at HENN. As an Architectural Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our business in China.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in China
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Initiate and lead new projects, including acquisition and monitoring of architectural competitions
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues on sales processes and negotiation strategies
Requirements
  • Degree in architecture or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in international business development, preferably in the Chinese market
  • Strong network of contacts with local design institutes and architectural institutions
  • Excellent communication skills and track record of negotiating and securing contracts
  • Fluent Mandarin language skills, as well as good English and German language skills
