HSSE Supervisor

Maersk is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSSE Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental practices within our warehouse facility.

• Develop and implement HSSE policies, procedures, and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide training and awareness programs on HSSE topics, including proper equipment handling, emergency response, and workplace ergonomics.
• Ensure compliance with relevant HSSE regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HSSE concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant post-working experience in HSSE field, preferably in warehouse storage industry.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
